Questions about cookies under thinkphp

Issues with cookies under thinkphp
Why do I delete a controller's variable in one controller, but I still can read Cookie,var_dump ($_cookie) in another controller, I find that the variable is not deleted. May I ask why this is?
Set a cookie on the a controller

Setcookie (' username ', $inputUsername, time () + 60 * 60 * 24 * 14, '/');

Delete in B

Setcookie (' username ', ', Time ()-3600, '/');

I print out the $_cookie variable in two controllers, one of which has been deleted and the phpsessid of two cookies is the same.
