Oracle Character Set encoding issues
Oracle encoded as utf-8,php page encoded as GBK so why not garbled? and Oracle for utf-8,php for UTF-8 instead take out the Chinese garbled, browser when viewing with GBK out of Chinese display normal, and other parts of the page garbled!
