Because of your grammatical mistakes.
There is a missing one after return.

return function($doCommand) use ($name) {                return sprintf('%s, %s', $name, $doCommand);        };

Halo, LZ is written on the Web page, right? A blank. This problem is obviously a mistake. And it's a fatal mistake. Look at the error log and you'll know.
