Quick Code IDE Setting resolution

The default is 640*960 resolution, but my design resolution is 480*800

So we have to change.

The change in the Config.lua

--Design resolution
Config_screen_width = 480
Config_screen_height = 800

The change in the Config.json

The width,height here is the width and height of the screen after F11 startup.
