Set up by setting the wizard

Open the Device Management page "192.168.1.1", click the "Setup Wizard", select "Next", the device can choose 3 kinds of Internet mode: 3G routing mode, no line by mode, wireless AP mode, default to 3G routing mode.

Here we choose "3G routing Mode", click "Next", configure the 3G dialing parameters, the region select "China", mobile ISP: optional "Chinese telecom", "China Mobile" and "Chinese Unicom" (according to your network card format to choose), other default settings do not have to modify.

Note: fwr171-3g default has built-in China Telecom, mobile and Unicom dialing related parameters, under normal circumstances only need to select the interface shown in the above image ISP operator can automatically set dial-up number, APN username and password information.

Click "Next" to set up wireless security.

Wireless Status: The wireless function of the router must be turned on so that the host within the wireless network can access and access the entire network.

SSID Number: This item identifies the network name of the wireless network and can be changed at will.

Channel: This entry is used to select the frequency band (1-13) where the wireless network works.

Mode: This item is used to select the working mode of the router, which can be selected with 11M bandwidth 802.11b mode, 54M bandwidth 802.11g mode, 300M 802.11n mode, 802.11b/g blending mode and 802.11b/g/n blending mode.

Band Bandwidth: Automatic, 20MHz and 40MHz.

Maximum send rate: default.

Wireless encryption: In order to ensure that your wireless network is not authorized access by others, it is recommended to set up wireless encryption, the recommended encryption method for WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK.
