We know that for certain characters, you can quickly replace them with AutoCorrect, which is also automatically corrected, which is quite useful when you need to call some pictures frequently, so that you don't have to manually insert them one at a time. Here's an example of Word 2007, which allows you to automatically replace the relevant pictures (such as frequent company logo images, etc.) when you enter the numbers "1" and "2".
First insert the relevant pictures into the window of the Word document, and then press the "CTRL + C" key to copy them to the clipboard for backup. This step is critical, otherwise the following operations will not be completed properly.
Then click the Office Button to open the Word Options dialog box, then switch to the Proofing tab, where you'll find a button for AutoCorrect options, click to open the dialog shown in the picture, and enter the name "1" in the text box after replace. At this point we will find the original lower right corner of the "Add" button has been normal use, and then directly click the "Add" button, add pictures on it.
You should be reminded that if the previous steps are not made, you will see that the Add button still renders an unavailable gray state even if you enter the relevant characters in the text box under Replace.
Follow similar steps, you can continue to add commonly used pictures to other AutoCorrect items, it is much more convenient to insert related pictures later (although there is no response in the "Replace with" text box, and the "Replace with" column is only shown as "*" after confirmation, but this is only a problem).
Later, when we enter 1, 2 ... in the Word document. When you press the ENTER key, the associated picture automatically appears in the Word document, greatly increasing your productivity.
