Quickly convert PPT2007 presentations to Word2007 documents

Most of the time, we need to be able to convert the PPT courseware into a word handout, but we cannot do it. Sometimes, we will be troubled by the inability to print a large number of PPT documents. Now we don't have to worry about it, let's take a look at how to convert the text in the PPT2007 presentation to the Word2007 document.

There are still many methods. At the same time, we will also list the shortcomings and improvements of the method.

Method 1: quick conversion using the outline view

Do not use full screen after opening the PPT. Click outline, click the mouse in the outline on the left, press Ctrl + A to select all content, and copy and paste the content to Word2007, the conversion can be completed with one simple operation.

Disadvantage: the row labels and symbols in the original slides are copied intact.

Improvement: remove or modify row labels and symbols. For example, if we place the cursor at the beginning of the first 2nd slides, and press the "delete" key, "This operation will delete a slide, its comment pages, and images. Continue ?" Option (as shown in Figure 1), click "yes" to merge the 1st and 2nd slides. Repeat the preceding steps to merge all the slides into one, and then select all the slides, copy and paste it to Word.

Method 2: Use the "send" function to easily convert

Open the PPT slide to be converted, and click "office button & rarr; publish & rarr; create handout using Microsoft Word ", select "use outline only" and click "OK" (as shown in Figure 2). The entire PPT document will be opened in a Word document.

Disadvantage: after conversion, you will find many blank lines in Word.

Improvement: Use the replacement function in Word to delete all blank rows. Press Ctrl + H to open the "replace" dialog box, enter "^ p" in "search content", and enter "^ p" in "replace ", click "replace all" several times. ("^" Can be entered with the "Shift + 6" key in English .)

Method 3: Use "save as" for direct conversion

Open the slide to be converted, click "save as", and select "outline/RTF file" format in "Save type. Now you can use Word2007 to open the saved RTF file, and then make appropriate edits to achieve conversion.

Method 4: PPT Convert to DOC software conversion

PPT Convert to DOC is the Green software (Download Address: http://www.officeba.com.cn/download/HTMLdata/detail/2008/6/19/273.html), unzip and run directly, (note: Please close the Word and PPT program before running .) Select the pptfile to be converted and drag it to the "PPTConvert to DOC" program. Click the Start button in the tool software to switch. After the switch, the program automatically exits.

If you select the "add points during conversion", the current page of the original slide is displayed in the converted Word document.
