We click the right mouse button in the taskbar space, select Properties, Switch to the Start Menu tab, and select the custom button.
Then find and check the "Favorites menu" option inside.
After you click the OK button, you can see your favorites in the Start menu.
This allows you to browse all the pages in the IE favorites and have a larger display area than the IE browser. Even in the case of Internet Explorer, using this method is more convenient than browsing in IE.
