Fault:
A login Load balancer IP (HTTPS://MAIL.CONTOSO.COM/ECP or HTTPS://MAIL.CONTOSO.COM/ECP) is found with an HTTP 500 internal error, attempting to log on to any node IP to access the EAC or OWA, One of the front ends is found to have an HTTP 500 internal error, and the other one is normal.

Solution:
Log in to ADSI Edit, connect to the configuration, click Services--microsoft exchange--first organizatiaon--client Access, right-key The Client access property, Empty msExchangeCanaryData0, MsExchangeCanaryData1, MsExchangeCanaryData2, Then recycle the Msexchangeowaappool and Msexchangeecpapppool in the IIS Manager application pool and restart the server.
