"Original" CentOS6.5 installing VMware Tools

1 , vmware– Virtual Machines – installation VMWare Tools

2-1. If you are using a graphics server, copy the following files to the/usr/local/packages folder.

2-1. If you are using a command server

Mount/dev/sr0/mnt    # mount the optical drive mkdir mypackagescp/mnt/vmwaretools-9.9.2-2496486. tar.gz/root/mypackages//dev/sr0        # unmount the optical drive

3 , enter /usr/local/packages folder and unzip it.

Tar xzvf vmwaretools-9.9.2-2496486.tar.gz

4 , enter the extracted folder, and install it.

./vmware-install.pl

5 , and then return to the car until the installation is complete.

6. Successful Installation restart
