Enter regedit in start and run to open Registry Editor.
Navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Perflib, In the tree-shaped directory on the right, you can see 004 and 92 subdirectories under the Perflib directory. 004 for the Chinese version and 009 for the English version.
In the installation help file for SQL Server 2005, the registry key that requires viewing the 009 directory, and most of us use the Simplified Chinese operating system, cannot be described in the help, but should pay attention to the contents of the 004 directory.
We double-click the "Counter" and "Help" items, look at the last numbers, update their numbers to the Perflib directory, and check the value of the "Laster Counter" and "Laster Help" entries in the right window. Save it, OK.
