IDLE ' s subprocess didn ' t make connection. either IDLE cant ' t start a subprocess or personal firewall software is blocking the connection.

Because of the firewall, here's how to solve the problem:

1) Open the Control Panel

2) allow the program to pass through the firewall

3) allow another program to run

4) Select the path to the Python installation Pythonw.exe file

5) All Python tick Yes

6) finally start idle and it will be successful.
