Operating System: Windows 10 Home Chinese version

Description of the phenomenon:
Prerequisites: XXX's account and password entered the correct, XXX settings are correct.
Based on the Windows 10 home Chinese version of the L2TPXXX client, click the "Connect" button, the following two kinds of phenomena occur:
1. No response (May wait for a long time to error, but I did not try).
2. Error "Unable to connect to XXX. The L2TP connection attempt failed because the security layer encountered a processing error while initializing the negotiation with the remote computer. "(as shown)
During the creation of XXX, you will need to manually set the "XXX type" to " Layer 2nd Tunneling Protocol (L2TP/IPSEC) using IPsec" under the "Security" option.
Workaround:
1. Check if the IPsec Policy Agent service is turned on.
Run Windows + R, enter services.msc, and open the Services window.
2. Add the following two information in the registration form.
Press the shortcut key "Win + R" at the same time, open the "Run" window, enter the regedit command, then click "OK"
In Registry Editor, locate the following registry subkey:
hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\rasman\parameters
On the Edit menu, select New, click DWORD value, such as:
(1) Create a new prohibitipsec and press Enter.
Double-click the key with the name "ProhibitIpSec", change its value to "1", and then tap OK.
(2) Change the data value of "Allowl2tpweakcryphto" to "1", then click "OK".
After you modify it, you can resolve the problem by restarting the computer.
