Microsoft has put forward two solutions to this problem, which are described in detail below.

1. Ignore user settings to start WORD

2. Delete the registry data subitem

You can also delete the registry data subitem and recreate the default Word template file to solve this problem. The procedure is as follows:

Step 2: run the Regedit command in the "run" dialog box to open the "Registry Editor" window. Expand the Registry item "HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Office \ 11.0 \ word \ data" in sequence, and delete the subitem settings and toolbars under the data item.
