How does Android O platform set SUPL address?

Problem Description:
Android O Previous version, SUPL address is configured via system/gps.conf.

Many people on the Android o platform set Supl_host/supl_port's modifications to/vendor/etc/gps.conf, which may not be effective .

Workaround:
There are three places on Android o where you can set SUPL addresses, ranked from low to high by priority, respectively:

"Lowest priority"/vendor/etc/gps.conf　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

supl_host=supl.google.com
supl_port=7276

the "lower priority" carrier resource file, config, can overwrite the settings in gps.conf.

"Highest priority" /system/etc/ gps_debug.conf you can override the Gps.conf and config configuration.

"Note"gps_debug.conf This file does not exist by default, and customers can copy/vendor/etc/gps.conf to/system/etc and rename it to gps_debug.conf.
