"Linux Learning Journey" Ubuntu14.04 mac OS x theme installation and restore

5) Install and apply GTK theme, Icon, mouse style

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:noobslab/themessudo apt-get updatesudo apt-get install mac-ithemes-v3sudo apt-get Install Mac-icons-v3

6) Install Mac OS x splash screen

Terminal Commands:

sudo apt-get install Mbuntu-bscreen-v3

7) Install the login topic

Terminal Commands:

sudo apt-get install Mbuntu-lightdm-v3

8) Install Indicator Synapse

Terminal Commands:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:noobslab/appssudo apt-get updatesudo apt-get Install Indicator-synapse

9) Replace Ubuntu scroll bar

Terminal Commands:

Gsettings set Com.canonical.desktop.interface Scrollbar-mode Normal

10) Remove the Ubuntu logo from the lock screen interface

Terminal Commands:

sudo xhost +si:localuser:lightdmsudo su lightdm-s/bin/bashgsettings set com.canonical.unity-greeter Draw-grid false; Exitsudo Mv/usr/share/unity-greeter/logo.png/usr/share/unity-greeter/logo.png.backup

11) Replace the Ubuntu logo on the launcher

Terminal Commands:

CD && Wget-o Mac.po http://drive.noobslab.com/data/Mac-14.04/change-name-on-panel/mac.pocd/usr/share/ Locale/en/lc_messages; sudo msgfmt-o unity.mo ~/mac.po;rm ~/mac.po;cd

12) Hide Ubuntu launcher

Right-click Change Desktop background--behavior

13) Install Mac OS x font

Terminal Commands:

Wget-o mac-fonts.zip Http://drive.noobslab.com/data/Mac-14.04/macfonts.zipsudo Unzip mac-fonts.zip-d/usr/share/ Fonts RM Mac-fonts.zipsudo Fc-cache-f-V

14) Start Ubuntu Tweak

Adjust-to Topics

Font for adjustments

So far, reboot and look at your Ubuntu!

Restores:

1) Uninstalling Docky

Terminal Commands:

sudo apt-get remove Docky

2) Uninstall Ubuntu Tweak

Terminal Commands:

sudo apt-get remove Ubuntu-tweak

3) Uninstall GTK theme, Icon, mouse style

Terminal Commands:

sudo apt-get remove Mac-ithemes-v3sudo apt-get Remove Mac-icons-v3

4) Restore Ubuntu splash screen

Terminal Commands:

sudo apt-get remove Mbuntu-bscreen-v3

5) Restore Login Theme

Terminal Commands:

sudo apt-get remove Mbuntu-lightdm-v3

6) Uninstall Indicator Synapse

Terminal Commands:

sudo apt-get remove Indicator-synapse

7) Restore Ubuntu scroll bar

Terminal Commands:

Gsettings Reset Com.canonical.desktop.interface Scrollbar-mode

8) Restore the Ubuntu logo on the lock screen interface

Terminal Commands:
