The CTime class is calculated on a 1970-year basis, so the date of any year after 1970 years can be obtained by the gettime function for the number of seconds 1970 is the base.

Special note: Because Beijing time and London GMT time is 8 hours, so the actual value is Beijing time January 1, 1970 8 o'clock (London time 0 o'clock) as the base, if you want to take the GMT 0 o'clock as the base, need to add 8*60*60 seconds.
