There are a couple of things that I'm going to tell you about my situation.

1.word Improper setting causes

Look at the picture:

And then you can open it.

2.word format problems, such as the original doc, was manually changed to docx~~~

Workaround: Change back

3.word version incompatible, such as 2003 open 2007 or later

Workaround: Search the Internet for compatibility packs

4. If you have a friend who does not want trouble: Open with WPS, Save as Word, and then open with Office.
