In a narrow sense, the company is the boss. His goal of investing financial resources and manpower in doing things is to get the return and value of money (society). This is a natural thing and there is nothing wrong with it. The mistake is that you cannot be the boss.

Broadly speaking, you are a member of this company. You are an integral part of her. His value is also your value. He is your career window.

If someone asks you, "Brother, which company is working now ?" How did you answer this question? If your company is famous (the name is the embodiment of value), you will be very calm (or very proud) to answer the question; but if you do not enter the stream, you will probably be arrogant, or tell someone directly: "You don't know if you say it" is helpless, right?

The project manager is a multi-faceted role.
