These two days are looking at chapters fifth and sixth, mainly on choosing urgent tasks and when to clean up your current task list. I personally find it more interesting to propose a 2-minute rule:
The 2 minute principle mainly includes the following points:
1, determine whether a thing can be completed in two minutes, if it can be completed as soon as possible;
2. Use two minutes to think about and decide whether the matter needs to be delegated to others;
These two days I began to use the knowledge of learning to manage my work, all the tasks are written on the note, and then according to priorities and progress to deal with the matter. Feel the efficiency of their own work has a certain improvement;
All individuals who suggest that they feel a little less efficient may consider using this approach to manage their daily work.
Take note of some of the more unique examples of partitioning actions:
divided by location or action title:
Z Phone: Records can only be done with the help of a phone.
Z is next to the computer
Z Errands
Z in office: only in the office can be completed etc.
Z at home: You can do it at home
Z Agenda
Z Read/Review
2. Only the most important things are recorded on the calendar. And then spread out according to important things.
