Personal feel management divided into three parts: strategic management, team building and self-management three parts.

Strategic management sub-strategy and decision-making, strategy is the direction, determines the company, everyone's future, usually is relatively long-term, by the boss himself. Decision-making is based on the strategy of a choice, decision-making can be said to be the implementation of the strategy is very critical. The main determinant of a company's success is investment decisions. How do you make a better decision? In fact, the team size is different, the environment is not the same, there will be a great difference, it is difficult to use right and wrong, more time, according to the company's situation, the right is good. First of all, we have to admit that good decisions are based on the present, so collect information about the present, collect industry (trend) information, the company's market, the production line of information, to understand their (strengths and weaknesses) situation. Second, decision making should be precise and scientific (using data to speak); Thirdly, decisions should be self-calibrated, adjusted and adapted to change.

3rd is important, how to self-calibrate the decision, how to do it? Three steps: The first step, the authority control, more than the right to decision-making, the specific decision to be given to the relevant departments agreed. The second step, the crowd intelligence control, the manager's decision finally is to subordinate to carry out, invites them to participate in the discussion, may help oneself appraisal, at the same time also facilitates the dissemination and the execution; the third step, the practice verification, by the small scope test, succeeds, then comprehensively promotes. The importance of team building is not too much to say, good team, will make your career invincible. There are a lot of details of things, I summed up, three pieces, 1) Talent management----division, including authorization, sharing, caring, understanding people, employment, with excellent talent to solve development problems; 2) to the company's staff to have a training mechanism, to respect, to sincerity, human concern, (but to refuse seniority) to solve the employees ' life worries, peace of mind work to solve the problem of stability; 3) crisis management, must have fair elimination mechanism and reward and punishment mechanism, always reflect on, the crisis as a good opportunity;

Self-management, including three aspects 1) personal charisma promotion (quality and learning, constant reflection and transposition thinking, and appropriate humor); 2) List of important emergency events, effective work required, 3) time and health management. Well, that's all, it's time to eat.
