Request product and service product difference is that the service product is composed of a series of request products, such as: request virtual machine resources, update virtual machine resources, recycle virtual machine resources multiple requests products can form a service product, service products are finally presented to the customer visual products (purple for the completed construction, red for construction, Blue is in the plan)

1. Also with SCSM administrator login SCSM01, open SCSM Management console, navigate to Library-service product:

• Click Create service product in the top right corner and enter the product name and description:

• Fill in some common information related to the product:

• There are no other related services that are parallel to the product, so leave the next step blank:

• Knowledge Base article selection is left blank, you can also add the relevant white paper to explain:

• After creating a service product we need to authorize the users we use to navigate to the management-security-role:

• Double-click the author to add a user who needs permission to request resources (you can, of course, customize the role to define the scope of the product's authorization)
