RAC was accidentally interrupted during installation, and the clusterware software was re-installed. There was no problem during the installation process. An exception occurred when the root. Sh script was last executed. The script ran through and failed to be executed.

Cause:

The name of the replaced storage device is different from the name of the device that was last installed.

 

Solution:

Delete the/etc/Oracle/scls_scr/Rac1/Oracle/cssfatal file on each machine ..
