We use WPS to provide us with the following tools to draw a beautiful standard flowchart:

Personally, the main point of drawing a good flowchart is to unify the style of each frame, pay attention to their size, and coordinate their placement.

Before we begin, we recommend that you open the drawing grid (Drawing toolbar-drawing-drawing grid). As shown in the figure, select "Align Objects to Grid", select "Show Gridlines on Screen", and select "Vertical spacing" to display vertical gridlines, according to the author's personal experience, A4 paper is suitable for using 0.5CM horizontal spacing and 0.5CM vertical spacing.

First draw a graphic frame, you can add text while painting, you can also draw the overall structure, and then add text. The use of the grid, to draw the size of the box is much easier (of course, you can also directly copy the size of the box), a little attention to the distance between the sides of the frame, pay attention to the long width, you can draw more beautiful, as shown in the following figure:

When you want to select more than one graphic, it's convenient to use the Select Objects tool on the Drawing toolbar.

Note: If you do not use the grid, be sure to use the Align and distribute tool. To make beautiful charts, the most important details, remember, do a good job in the chart of every detail. Others may not have praise, but if any of the details are not handled well, it is certain to damage the overall image, will give others leave a bad, unprofessional impression. This cannot be overemphasized. If there is a graphic after the draw is not correct, but also to change to other graphics, select the graphic, in the AutoShape pane click the graphic you want to change, click the "Change AutoShape" button below to quickly change.

Right-click the box, select Add text, press Ctrl+e, or click the Center Alignment button on the toolbar to center the text. In the figure above, there are three boxes, with the first box having two lines of text, but the bottom border of the text box hides a portion of the text, and then right click inside the text box, select paragraph, open the Paragraph dialog box, and adjust the value of the inner margin of the text Box tab. The second text box in the previous illustration is the result of the former, which sets the top, bottom, left, and right margins to 0.

In the picture frame type, add good text, you can adjust the distance between the figures, improve the overall effect. There are several principles that must be noted:

1. A main line down the process must be placed on the same centerline;

2. The same level of graphics on the same horizontal line, using the same size, 22 intervals between the same;

3. The text uses the center method;

After the adjustment can be connected, in the process of connecting each graphic frame, use the "connector" provided in the AutoShape, unless it does not meet your requirements, and then consider using the normal arrows.

The use of connectors is very convenient, there is not much to say, as long as attention to different situations using the corresponding type of connector. After the connection is complete, use the Select Object tool on the Drawing toolbar to select the entire chart to see if there are any connectors that are not well connected. A connector with a good connection two endpoints should be red, if green, and reconnection. The edge of the elbow connector may pass through the area of other shapes, and you can drag its yellow control point so that it does not coincide with other shapes.
