Re-understand "failure is a success"

Failure is a matter of success, which is often heard in the workplace. I have recently experienced some things and I have come to understand this sentence again.

The first thing is driving a school to train cars:

When training cars, I chatted with other students and heard many people say that I had a good time in practice, but when I got to the exam, I got stuck. On the contrary, when I train, the train is always good and bad, and the coach will die. Every time I train a car, there will always be some errors. But when I take the test, I can handle emergencies well, this is basically the last pass.

The second thing is to find the wrong door:

Recently, I accompanied a customer to another department of the company for investigation. The Department was located in another relatively far-away building, so I called the Department contact to ask the specific location. The other party said that they had entered the south gate. When they passed, they found that no door was opened in the south of the building. But I still had a hard time thinking about it. I slipped the south of the building and still did not find it. Later, we found that the so-called South Gate was actually located in the east of the building. The customer was dissatisfied because he had not communicated and handled the problem well and moved out of the building for at least five minutes.

 
You can feel that it is normal or even necessary to make mistakes during normal periods. In this way, you will be able to handle exceptions in the future. On the contrary, if you do everything well, you will be at a loss if you make mistakes due to setbacks. Just like children's education now, we need to add Frustration education when necessary. It's just a long journey!

Looking for the wrong door is a mistake caused by my inertial thinking, as well as failing to communicate in a timely manner in case of a situation, but simply dealing with it based on your own experience. The previous successful experiences may become a stumbling block to the next stop. You must make good use of things and be brave enough to make changes. "Three people, we must have our teacher": Be humble and low-profile, always maintain a learning attitude.

"Integration of knowledge and action": Knowledge is the beginning of a journey. Therefore, cognition is essential. But the most important thing is to ensure that cognition is correct and there is no deviation. Fortunately, after six days of assistant consultant training, I was able to recognize myself and control myself, this is not exactly what we are pursuing in our school!
