First of all, there are several reasons why I chose "the path to mountains. First, the name of the book gives me a fresh feeling, rather than just as common as the other two books. Second, the author Yan Xin recommended the book, taking a look at his book may allow me to find out the reason why the teacher gave him a favor. In fact, after reading this book, I also felt that I had learned a lot. Third, the Writing Style of this book is very different from the teaching materials we use at ordinary times. It is refreshing to say it in the form of a story. For these reasons, I chose this book and I also found some problems. These problems may be encountered in our future study and work.
First, the book measures the quality of work of employees (Dev). One is the quality of check in, that is, the number of times that the check-in destroys the build, and the other is whether the function is completed on schedule, if it is postponed, do you want to talk about it in advance? Do you have other flexible metrics?
Second: In today's society, the flow of personnel is a common problem. How can we solve a series of problems arising from the flow of personnel between teams?
Third: How can a software development team quickly develop work when they are not particularly familiar with each other, how can they distribute work among team members, and how can they deal with their dissatisfaction with their division of labor?
Fourth: if many bugs occur in the later stage of software development, how should we hold team members accountable and modify them?
Fifth: What aspects should we consider when testing software? How can I select a test method and tool to complete the test?
This is a very important question I found in my book. I have given my answers in many ways, and I have benefited a lot.
