Reading a person is hard

You know, there is a foul smell of people. You can't tell whether you should hate the hackers or have pity on the thieves. For the sake of survival, there are also plenty of clothes and food to steal, there is no pray, just hope: "Good Life is safe, the wicked have evil report"
The "no thieves in the world" situation does not seem easy to implement. On this issue, I still admire the high quality of Japanese people. I remember seeing a financial program and conducting research on major cities around the world. Japan has the lowest theft rate, far lower than New York, large cities such as Washington, Paris, and London, and the rate of returning lost items to the owner is 80%, and nearly 20% of the remaining items are mostly sent back to the social management department, because the Master cannot be found. When I watched this program, I was always waiting to hear why I didn't have Beijing or Shanghai. Maybe I couldn't rank it, And I lost too many things.
