Reading technology articles-breaking USB flash drive capacity restrictions

Not long ago, I used a USB flash drive to copy a 5 GB high-definition large film to my friend's computer, which was not operational. My friend said that my USB flash drive may be incorrectly formatted. I need NTFS to copy a large file larger than 2 GB. I think this is very easy. There are no useful things in the USB flash drive. Isn't it okay to format it?
Then, insert the USB flash drive into the USB interface of the computer, open "my computer", right-click the USB drive letter, and select the "Properties> General" tab, we can see that the USB flash drive "File System" is indeed a FAT32 file system. However, during formatting, only FAT32 and fat formats are available in the file system drop-down box, but NTFS is not available. How can I Format a USB flash drive in NTFS format?
