The most likely reason is that your controlled end is accessed through the domain name, after your IP has changed, the domain name is a general time to update. So your self-test, or access to the old IP, there will be such a mistake, and so on for some time the DNS update will be normal.
Alternatively, you can re-establish the controlled side, assign a new domain name, and the new domain name directly points to the new IP and will be available immediately.
