This concludes that the problem appears on the WIN2003SP2 + isa2004sp2, to ISA2004 SP3 patch, the problem as usual, delete ISA2004, loaded ISA2006, the problem remains the same as usual.
Helpless, open ISA2006 log monitoring, found that the problem appears on the Web Proxy filter, I used the ISA2006 Enterprise Edition, can not disable the Web Proxy filter, so I can only think of its method.
Open the Firewall Policy > Toolbox > New Protocol Open the New Protocol dialog box, create a new outbound protocol for TCP 80, even named: myhttp
To open the properties of my firewall policy, this rule applies to all outbound protocols except the selection, and then adds the HTTP protocol that is included with the system.
In this way, my own firewall policy will no longer use the Web Proxy filter, call logs, monitoring the N more than a few minutes later found no 64 errors, the problem is resolved!
Using this method will pose a security risk to Isa, and suggest a solution to replace it in time!
