The Word2010 provides a variety of view modes for users to choose from, including the five view modes of Page view, reading layout view, Web layout view, outline view, and draft view. Users can select the desired document view mode in the View ribbon, or click the View button at the bottom right of the Word2010 document window to select the view.
1. Page view Page view displays the appearance of the printed results of the Word2010 document, including the header, footer, drawing objects, column settings, page margins, and so on, which is the closest print result to the Page view, as shown in Figure 1.

Reading layout view "Reading layout view" displays the Word2010 document in the column style of the book, and window elements such as the file button, ribbon, and so on are hidden. In reading layout view, users can also click the Tools button to select a variety of reading tools, as shown in Figure 2.
Figure 2 Reading layout view 3.Web layout View Web layout view displays Word2010 documents as Web pages, and Web layout view is useful for sending e-mail and creating pages, as shown in Figure 3.

Outline view outline view is primarily used to set the hierarchy of Word2010 document settings and display headings, and to easily collapse and expand documents at various levels. Outline view is widely used for quick browsing and setup of Word2010 long documents, as shown in Figure 4.

Draft view Draft view cancels elements such as page margins, columns, headers and footers, and pictures, showing only the title and body text, which is the most economical way to view the hardware resources of your computer system. Of course, now computer system hardware configuration is relatively high, basically does not exist because of the low hardware configuration so that Word2010 run encountered obstacles, as shown in Figure 2009120205.
