Recommended Eclipse Plugin Properties Editor

The Properties Editor is a properties file editor.

Requirements: Generally we do "internationalization" function, we need the properties Chinese representation in Unicode. The Eclipse default properties file Editor is not easy to view and requires us to look at the Unicode encoding tables that are often found.

The properties editor just satisfies this requirement, does not require the user to view the Unicode encoding table frequently, the default visual representation is Chinese, the user can click on the file right-clicking Unicode representation to view the corresponding Unicode representation of the properties file.
