Recommended Liteide as a development tool for rust

The premise of using Liteide is that you have properly configured the Rust environment variable.

1. Install Rust, and add C:\Rust\bin to the environment variable path

2. Compile the racer and add the directory where Racer.exe is located to the environment variable path

3. Download rust source code, unzip. New environment variable Rust_src_path, the value is the source SRC path.

   At this point, liteide can be used, is not much simpler.
