Ii. Description of ActiveX Controls

Yonyou table, ruilang report, and chinaexcel are ActiveX control products, so they support a wide range of development languages. Its support for web reports is client plug-ins. When the client accesses the report for the first time, it automatically downloads and installs the plug-ins. The report runs on the client, and the server is responsible for providing report data. Because there is no need to resident the Report Program on the Web server, many development languages are supported, such as Asp.net, Java (JSP), PHP, ASP, various Web servers are also supported. However, this method is often criticized by other Web report tool vendors. I will discuss this issue later.

If you want to print a bill or report directly in Web software, we recommend that you use the ActiveX control report tool. 4. Key recommendations based on development languages:

3. Delphi and C ++ builder:Fastreport is the best choice, and the report is good.
4. Java report:The statement is good and the price is high. If you do not care about the plug-in method, selecting plug-in products is a low-cost solution. Open-source products outside China are also worth careful consideration. Most companies that develop Java software are engaged in big projects. Many companies have their own report frameworks, but the direct printing requirements in the projects are hard to meet. Therefore, many customers have chosen ruilang reports.
5. PHP report:PHP is basically used to develop websites, with few requirements for reports. If you need to print and set up a ticket, you can only find the ActiveX plug-in report tool.

Note:The above recommendations are basically foreign products, and do not mean that foreign products have better functions. They are only the first element to be considered in terms of capital. My opinion is: it is more appropriate to develop Chinese-style reports using domestic report tools. If you have any funds, you should focus on the product functions.

V. Domestic report tools

For example, we do not lack users, but users who are willing to pay for them.
3. Several domestic reports were developed and encapsulated on the basis of source code products in foreign countries in the past few years. Their information is common on the Internet, but they are currently in a dormant state. Please check carefully.
