Record is locked by another user--oracle row lock unlocked

Oracle the issue of record is locked by another user when modifying records in a table

There is no commitwhen manipulating the table, which causes the table to be locked and the row lock can be unlocked as long as the following two lines of statements are executed.

Select t2.username,t2.sid,t2.serial#,t2.logon_time  
from v$locked_object t1,v$session t2 
where t1.session_id=t2.sid;  

-- View the SIDs and serial# of locked tables

2.alter system kill session ' Sid, Serial# ';

--Kill locks, such as input alter system kill session '-$ ';

After you've done the above two steps, you can edit the data.
