Some malicious programs or viruses will disable your task manager and Registry Editor. We can use the following methods to restore them:
1. Restore with Group Policy
For the task manager, enter "gpedit. MSC "Open the Group Policy, expand" user configuration ">" management template ">" system ">" CTRL + ALT + DEL ", and double-click" delete Task Manager "in the window on the right ", change it to "not configured" or "disabled.
For the Registry Editor, expand user configuration> management template> system, and double-click "Disable registry editing tools" in the right window ", change to "not configured" or "disabled.
2. Restore with the INF file
Resume Disabled Task Manager
Copy the code under "=" to notepad and save it as taskmgr_unlock.inf. Right-click and choose install.

Of course, you can use the reg file to restore the file under Win95/98, but it does not seem to work under NT, because the Registry Editor is disabled.
