Job description and requirements:
Java Senior Software Engineer/Project Manager
Qualifications:

1. Solid computer theory.
2. Good object-oriented analysis and design capabilities.
3. Master the software project management knowledge system and be proficient in using common project management tools.
4. Familiar with the Unified Modeling Language (UML), and can use UML methods and tools for Object-Oriented Analysis and Design.
5. proficient in development technologies such as Java, JSP, Servlet, JavaBean, JavaScript, struts, spring, hibernate, and EJB, and can guide developers in Web application development.
6. Have a deep understanding of open-source software technologies.
7. master database development technologies such as MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle;
8. familiar with at least one of mainstream application servers, such as JBoss, WebLogic, and websphere.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science and related disciplines, with at least 5 years of software development experience;
2. Strong analysis and project management capabilities;
3. Good verbal and written expression and communication skills, able to write clear and standardized documents;
4. Have certain organizational, coordination and management capabilities, and be conscientious and responsible.
5. Excellent communication, coordination and problem solving skills, good team spirit, and rich team building experience.
