Red Hat Access is an automated problem analysis tool, red Hat Enterprise Virtualization supports plug-ins and Red Hat Access Plugin for OpenStack of Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform. Red Hat Access provides seamless Access services, and uses the exclusive knowledge, resources, and functions of Red Hat to help users with all enterprise-level product details, answer questions, and provide advanced diagnostic services.
Red Hat Access uses the user-friendly console in Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization and Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform to provide active notifications and faster solutions for open/update support cases through integrated automation services, obtain diagnostic information and knowledge from the Red Hat Enterprise Linux console.
