referencing DLLs in VS2013 (C #)

1. Copy the DLL files that need to be referenced to the debug directory of the project directory, as follows:

2. Right-click on the "References" item in "Solution Explorer" and tap "Add Reference";

3. Click "Browse" in the Pop-up dialog box, select the DLL (optional) in the debug directory where you just placed the DLL file, and click "Add".

4. Finally, click "OK" in the reference manager to complete the DLL reference.
