As a headhunter consultant, I have always been from the beginning to the present to know a truth: education is your stepping stone, good work experience is your bonus points. Education to a large extent represents your ability to learn, this is a lot of enterprises are very important, especially in the present era, no matter how strong your ability, the ability to continue learning is necessary, or sooner or later abandoned by the Times.
