Refresh in DOS for BIOS upgrade

First step: Download the motherboard's latest BIOS file and Refresh tool Awdflash.exe to a folder on your hard drive, such as the D:bios folder.

The second step: Make a Windows Startup disk, set in the BIOS to boot from the floppy drive, BIOS settings with this boot disk boot system into the DOS real mode state.

Step Three: Enter the CD D:bios and go to the D:bios directory. Enter Awdflash.exe again to enter the interface to refresh the software.

Fourth Step: Enter the new version of BIOS name Awardbios.bin that you downloaded after "File Name to Program".

Fifth step: After the carriage return, the Refresh software will ask you "does you want to save BIOS (y/n)", for the sake of insurance we generally press "Y" key to choose to back up the original BIOS file. Follow the prompts to enter the BIOS file name you want to save after entering the file name to save, at which point the refresher starts backing up your BIOS files.

Sixth step: After the backup work is completed, the refresh program will prompt you again "is sure to program (y/n)", does it mean that you confirm the update of the BIOS? This press "Y" and the Refresh program writes the latest BIOS file to the BIOS.

After the BIOS refreshes, there are two prompt messages: one is to press F1 to restart, and the other is to press F10 to exit the DOS, you can choose according to your actual situation. If you think your refresh operation is completely correct, you can press F1 to restart the computer, and if you think there are some errors or improper during the refresh process, press F10 to exit and refresh.
