Refreshing the smartphone Connection Manager

The simulated smartphone device must adjust the network design before connecting to the Internet. If the network is connected to the Internet through a proxy server, the proxy server information also needs to be configured.

 

Configure proxy information for the simulator:

1. In the smartphone simulator window, click the left soft key on the device.

2. ClickSettings.

3. ClickData Connections.

4. ClickMenuAnd then clickEdit connections.

5. ClickProxy connections.

6. ClickMenuAnd then clickAdd.

7. Enter a description of the connection.

8. In the list boxConnects from, ClickMy other ate Network.

9. In the list boxConnects, ClickThe Internet.

10. Enter your computer's proxy information.

11. ClickDone.

12. ClickDone.

13. ClickDone.

14. SetInternet connectionChangeEthernet.
