By the author's painstaking research, found a perfect solution to the problem of the method: first restart the computer, press F8 to enter the "Safe Mode with command line", as a super administrator to enter a password login, and then enter "regedit" after the return, open Registry Editor, Expand the hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\policies\explorer branch in turn, and "RestrictRun" in the right window The key value is modified to "0". Then quit Registry Editor and restart the computer to unlock the program. Finally, in normal mode, log on to the system as an administrator, open Group Policy, and change the settings back to "Not configured".
