Relationship between 5W2H and Project Management

5W2H is an analytical method, short for several English words. Here is my understanding of this analysis method and project management.

(1) why -- why? Why? Why? Why?
This is the source of the project, including the demand and implementer.
Find out why the user wants to work on this project and why we need to connect to it.
Note: This is sometimes difficult and often not as it looks.

If this is wrong, it may be worth half the effort.

(2) What -- what is it? What is the purpose? What do you do?
This is the requirement. What is the specific requirement? What should we do.
The largest component in the requirement analysis.

If this is wrong, it may be reworked frequently.

(3) Where -- where? Where to do it? Where to start?
This is the project's use environment and development environment.
Including where to develop, where to deploy the server, the geographical location of the user, and where to obtain information that must be understood.

If this is wrong, the relationship is usually tense.

(4) When -- when? When will it be completed? When is the most appropriate time?
This is the project schedule.
When to start the project and when to complete the project.

The estimated and real gaps are related to user satisfaction and payment level.

(5) who -- who? Who is responsible for this? Who will do it? Who is responsible?
Project related personnel
Including the developer's Project Manager, Business Consultant, research, development, testing and implementation personnel
Customer's contact personnel
The status of the end customer.

This should be clearly defined by the official role, to avoid wrangling.

(6) how -- how to do it? How to Improve efficiency? How to implement it? How?
This is more about the business layer, rather than the pure technical layer.
The key to implementing a user's needs is to understand how the user is doing it.
How can we communicate with customers and users in each project stage.
How to Control Project Risks

(7) How much -- how much? To what extent? What is the quantity? What is the quality level? What is the cost output?
This is the cost.
This includes the customer's expenditure and the developer's investment.
