Relationship between cameramanager and cameradevice and icameraservice

Camera2 AP framewok has three components that are more important than Scheduler: cameramanager, cameradevice, and icameraservice. Their relationship is as follows:

• There will be a cameramanager instance in a context,
• One cameramanager instance can have multiple cameradevice instances (the detailed Number of cameraservice. max_cameras is determined)
• There is only one icameraservice instance, which can manage multiple cameramanager
