Application Process for iOS developers
If you are a development team, you 'd better ask your colleagues if someone has obtained the development license before you plan to purchase IOS developer authorization, because a development license can authorize up to 111 devices for development and testing within one year. If you do not have an authorization license, you can borrow it, or you plan to eventually release your application in the iTunes store in your own name, then prepare an international credit card, prepare to pay $99 to apply for an iOS developer authorization.

Click the IOS Dev Center (iOS development center) in the left-side Navigation Pane to enter the iOS development center.

Click get started to go to the application process.

Apple ID
The first step in the application process is to select an Apple id. If you already have an Apple ID and have bought an application in the Apple App Store, you can select "use an existing Apple id" here. Otherwise, you need to click "Create an Apple id" to create an account. Click continue.

Personal Profile
Here is a form, which consists of three parts: Create an Apple ID (if you have chosen to create one before), Security Information (Security Information), and personal information (personal information ),Note that all options are required!After entering the information, continue to the next page.

Professional profile
This page shows some developer career information. Note that IOS is selected in the first item. If you are a student, check this box if you are currently enrolled in a college or university after the second question is selected.

LEGAL AGREEMENT
This page is an agreement. Read it carefully and check the box below to continue.

Email Verification
Wait for an email to be received in the email address you just registered. Enter the verification code in a letter from Apple Developer support in the input box on this page, and click Continue.

On this page, you have completed the developer registration process and will receive a confirmation email.

Can I develop and test your application? No, because you just logged in and want to test and develop on your device, you are not qualified yet.
Click a continue button at the bottom of the registration success page, and then click join the developer programs on the right side of the page that is displayed to go to the following page.

Apple ID
Confirm your Apple ID again, because we have successfully registered it, so here we only look at the existing Apple developer Section on the right. There are three options. If you apply for the first time and are not a student, select the first option. If you apply for the first time but you are a student, select the second option; if you have applied for this authorization but want to add some ancillary functions for your authorized account, select the third item. After the selection, continue.

The payment application process has changed.
Enter account info
Are you enrolling as an individual or company? First, you need to select whether your identity is an individual or a company. If you are applying for a company, you need to provide the company's legal name, legal person name, and some business documents. Here, I will only introduce my application.

 
After clicking individual, You need to log on with the newly registered account to enter the bank account filling stage.

Select Program
On the next page, select the applied platform. iOS and Mac are both $99 a year, and Safari plug-in development is free of charge. Select iOS and continue.

Review & submit.
Check whether your information is correct on this page. If it is correct, click Continue.

Agree to license
After carefully reading the developer authorization protocol, click the selection box below and continue.

Purchase Program
If you chose China before filling out the table, you will see a big yellow exclamation point and tell us that Apple online store is not easy to use in our country.

It doesn't matter. Apple also provides another payment option. You can download a PDF in the middle of the page to enter your credit card information, after you fax the phone number specified on the page, you will be able to receive the email.

On the apple website, it takes 3-5 working days. I have waited for about two renewals. First, my credit card was transferred for $99, and then I received a receipt email, then I received a confirmation email to activate the account, and finally completed the developer Authorization application and became a legal IOS developer.
