Remember to install ubuntu11.04 on a hard drive under win7

I first left a 40 Gb unused space at the end of the disk.

You still need a software called easybcd to download files on the Internet. The difference is not very big, and then add a new boot guide.


And then write it in the config file.

Kernel (hd0, 0)/vmlinuz boot = Casper iso-Scan/filename =/ubuntu-11.04-desktop-i386.iso Ro quiet splash locale = zh_CN.UTF-8

Initrd (hd0, 0)/initrd. LZ

The ubuntu-11.04-desktop-i386.iso file name must be consistent if the Ubuntu image you downloaded contains the same names in case.

Then you need to put the ubuntu-11.04-desktop-i386.iso to the root directory of a partition and then put the initrd. LZ and vmlinuz files under the Casper directory to the root directory of your first partition.

If not, modify (hd0, 0) in config to your partition.

After my reference and practice, I found that the parameter settings were incorrect. At that time, I was really depressed. Fortunately, I did software development and later found the root cause of the problem and was able to solve it. Here are some explanations:

Root (hd0, 0) // hd0 indicates the first hard disk. Open the Hard Disk Manager. The parameter 0 after hd0 indicates the first partition. Generally, the default value is drive C, however, if I have set the system reservation area like this, I have to set it to 1, because the drive C is not in the first position, and the hard disk manager is also opened, root (hd0, 0) this sentence means starting from 0th + 1 Disk of hd0 (starting from 0 is the habit of programming. Although people are used to starting from 1, computers are still used to starting from 0)

The above sentence indicates where the Ubuntu kernel is located, where the program is located, and where the Ubuntu kernel is located. As a result, I went back to win7 to install the partition tool. The evil tool did not support my hard disk and broke the partition table. It was a bad day and it hurt me...

The process will be completed in about half an hour. You can use Firefox to access the Internet ...... You can also play games.

Sudo Update-grub

Execute these two lines to make grub have ipvs7 and be the first
