Attackers can remotely access the MySQL database, breaking the ROOT user's limit on bitsCN.com.
Remote access to the MySQL database breaks through ROOT user restrictions
After MySQL is installed, only the ROOT user with super management permissions can be used only on the local database. if you want remote management or other users need to access MySQL on my local machine, then we need to add a super user with super management permissions and remote access.
Here is a solution:
After logging on to MySQL as the root user, run the following SQL:
Grant all privileges on *. * to the created username @ "%" identified by "password"; flush privileges; // refresh the content.
Statement format: grant permission on database name. table name to user @ login host identified by "user password ";
@ Is followed by the IP address (or host name) of the client accessing MySQL; % represents any client. if localhost is set to local access (then this user cannot remotely access the MySQL database ).
