1. win + r --> enter regedit to open the Registry
2. Search for Internet Settings (in HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Internet Settings)
3. Delete the Connection folder under Internet Settings
4. Restart IE to solve the problem perfectly
