Remove Cygwin folder after reloading system

1. Right-click to delete the Cygwin folder, select Properties-Security-Advanced-owner-Edit, change owner to your login account, tick "replace the owner of child containers and objects" below.

2. In the properties-Security-Advanced dialog box, select the Permissions tab, click Change Permissions, click Add, enter everyone, click OK to add the Everyone account, in the Pop-up dialog box will complete control the following allow check, OK.

3. In the properties-security-Advanced Security Settings dialog box, tick "Replace all child object permissions with permissions inherited from this object", and then you can delete the Cygwin folder successfully.
